From my first meeting with Ben to the last day, he displayed a professional, friendly and very knowledgeable manner. My driveway was completed as promised. Every man on the job had a task and kept moving without missing a beat. My expectations in all our dealings leads me to a 5+ rating and that's saying a lot compared to other companies today. Ben's supervision of the job had a lot to do with it and he gets a "thumbs up" from me.
