On January 15, 2024 at 12:45 p.m. 12:48 p.m. and 12:50 p.m. I was hung up on while trying to gather information. I called Novus Construction with the intent to conduct business for an upcoming $1.8 million dollar project with this company and I have never been met with such incompetent communication and unprofessional service. I dare not say customer service because I will surely not be doing ANY business with this company that should instead and in fact be titled: NEMESIS CONSTRUCTION. The BBB will be notified! The only thing that should be under construction is this company's entire foundation and operations; especially the female pit bull that answers the phone! She new better not to give her name as it would definitely implicate herself and the overall standard of the company.
