I had John Nowell build me a 1200 sq ft metal shop, the building was built well and looked great. I give him 3 stars because it took him 12 weeks to finish. I had to pull the permits for him and give him extra draws so he could finish. I told him that it was important to be done before the end of 2014 and it was Jan 8 2015 when he finished. His concrete guy poured the footer for the slab and then 2 weeks later he poured the slab. He did this with out asking me, the inspector called and told me he planned to do this and I called John and said I didn't want it done in two pours and it was done anyways. They took 4 weeks to erect the building itself, granted there was rain days, but they only worked half a day Christmas eve and new years eve and only half days if it was cold or windy. Like I said the shop is well built, but I would not use him again.
