Unfortunately, NW Entrance's installation person is not very responsive once he has completed the install despite their full 1-year warranty. Background: NW Entrance installed two door openers at our public (county) library. When the power went out during a November storm, the inner door continued working after power was restored but the outer other doesn't operate correctly when set to the same setting as the inner. The outer door opens and closes, opens and close, forever unless we shut it off. We have asked for help and have gotten promises -- but no help. Zero. Very disappointing. (Also, he installed door openers discontinued by the manufacturer, which we figured out after contacting the manufacturer to see if we could troubleshoot the door.) Happy to remove these reviews if D.S. at NW E comes through on his promises.
