    Re-glaze tub. Re-finish wood floor.
    $1,200

    I booked with Phillip from O&L Expert Contracting in New York City. They were suppose to re-glaze my tub and refinish my wood floor. They failed to show up 4 times. Phillip kept promising me that they were on their way. They never showed. Now he is not answering his phone and not returning his messages. I have a renter that is suppose to move in today and the work has not been done. I am angry! Don't waste your time with these people.
