Randy O’Burke is a fraud. He will provide a bid and pretend he is licensed when his license expired in 2009. He will refuse to provide a milestone/payment schedule as part of the contract (which is illegal) and will then proceed to rob you. He will take advance payments on work not performed/materials not delivered and will then ditch ur project. He will not prioritize your project and will give you the run around and stop showing up (always an excuse- “I’m sick”. “Helping a friend move”.) He is also extremely unprofessional and rude and will throw a tantrum if you question the payment project/payment progress. He stole $10K from us for work not performed in 2025. Run from Randy
