I am not one to write a negative review or damage a company's reputation. After careful consideration, I decided I have to warn other people about OC Dustfree's business practices. I hired them to repair a water leak in my kitchen. The kitchen cabinets and center island had to be replaced. Half of two walls were stripped to the studs. Work included building new cabinets and island, dry wall and painting. Working with this company was the nightmare story you hear about. The work quality is terrible. Dry wall and paint work was horrible. Sloppy worked that had to be redone TWICE. Every step of project we had to pull out the contract and insist work be done. Numerous contracted activities were never performed. While the project stretched over 6 months, their worker(s) only showed up 15 days, leaving my home a complete construction site and unusable the entire time. They took no care to make my home livable. Sam oversaw our project and never communicated when a crew would or would not come so each day we just hoped someone would come to work. The subcontracted cabinets were well done but OC Dust wanted more money and insisted on a change order for work that was planned all along. In the end, I was just sick of trying to get them to get everything done correctly and just paid them off. I will hire someone else to make repairs to the poor work. I had no experience with contractors and had no idea it would be this bad. I would caution anyone thinking of using this company. Keep searching and find another contractor.
