Mario replaced two windows on the second floor of a tenant's apartment and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He is familiar dealing with tenants. As I live out of state he kept in phone contact via texts with photos and videos as well as phone conversations. In addition, he arrived on time and tidied up after the project.
My next project will be for him to figure out a leak issue. I found out about Mario from a friend I stay with in the Bay Area during a visit last year when she had a serious plumbing problem. I saw Mario at work and know if anyone can figure out the leak issue in one of the apartments, Mario can!
