I can’t believe this guy hasn’t been sued out of California yet. He’s dehumanizing towards those he employs behind their backs to avoid any accountability for his mistakes. I can imagine he doesn’t have many nice things to say about the people that hire him. Nonetheless, all could be ignored if he put out quality (or at least decent) work in a timely fashion. He is totally incapable. He might not be so problematic as a contractor if someone could hold his hand every step of the way. I’m sure if you could do that you wouldn’t need a contractor to begin with. To say the experience was an absolute disappointment would be a gross understatement - that ship sailed months ago. Now the lingering frustration has turned to anger. Beware of hiring this man with his sketchy team of regulars he’s had working “with him” for years. They all bill excessive amounts nowhere near market rates hoping you haven’t done your research. His own people admitted the job should’ve been completed within 2 months when he wasn’t present. That’s probably why he far surpassed the budget and exceeded the scheduled timeline by 6+ months in turn costing even more.
