This Builder should have his license revoked.
He lied, over charged for virtually every bit of work to maximize his 15% take on the job, never met deadlines, deliberately did projects improperly and blamed subcontractors and then charged us more money to correct the "problem".
He built a second story addition on our home without even applying for a permit!!!
Midway through the job we were forced to fire him and complete the job ourselves.
David Justin Sexton treated our home as though it was his Spec home and we were his pocketbook. He would reach deep into our pockets and create as much work as he could at our expense.
DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!
