It's been 4 months since I moved into my home in Folsom that Alex built, and he still has not finished several items. Once he gets his money he will promise everything and deliver nothing. He is constantly working on other projects and says he or his subs will show up and they never do. I wish had the option to have delayed closing on the home until it was completely finished, but I did not. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. Get another builder or make sure everything is done before you pay him.
