This company is TERRIBLE!!!! Ive never even written a bad review in my life - that’s how strongly I feel about this company. We have been displaced for a MONTH due to a pipe leak in our kitchen. At first they guaranteed that it was six inches under the foundation and could be fixed in 4 days. Then they came back and said it was down further. I stopped by the house several times and no one was ever there working. We had kids still in school and all of us work, and had to stay in a hotel. They ended up doing 3 change orders saying the leak was down further. Once the leak was finally fixed (after three weeks), they told us it would be five days to get the cabinets and counter tops fixed. No one was there all week, then they said the cement was too wet to do the cabinets. We stopped by to pick up some stuff from the house and Roel was there working. When my husband told him this has been too long to have a family displaced and that they should be working more than an hour a day to get it fixed, he got angry and said “that’s how you run a business. You have several projects at once and only work 1-2 hours a day at each.” He was very rude, and unapologetic about how long it’s taken. We still aren’t back in our house, and have spent $5000 (so far) in hotels ($200 a night for 24 days so far) and have had to move hotels 7 times!! They never let us know the time frame changes until the day of, then the hotel is already booked, so then we have to move. Instead of cleaning as they go, they’ve left the house a terrible mess, filled the garage with cement and cabinets, and never covered our furniture as they jackhammered the cement. Our couches, floor, carpet, countertops, etc will have to be professionally cleaned. They left debris all over the back yard as well. We had just replaced our lawn with sod, and it is now almost dead because the water was off for so long. Seriously don’t go with this company unless you only have 1 - 2 hours worth of work, don’t care about a mess, and don’t care about professionalism or kindness.
