DO NOT USE. OMS remodeled our master bathroom in 2022. We recently were having issues with the freestanding tub drain. Turns out it was not installed correctly by the owner himself. They did not center the tub drain to the building drain and instead used a flexible pipe which was compromised. The accordion drain was folded in allowing no flow. Also flexible drain had a hole inside allowing it to
leak under the tub, a lot of mold build up. After contacting the owner this was his response, “Hi Kate sorry to hear that. The installation was done with the correct pieces and I myself did the installation. Our guarantee expired with your project.”
