What minimal work was completed was done in an incorrect or shoddy manner. Materials that were supposed to be ordered with money paid up front never were ordered. The job was then abandoned when the contractor was asked for proof that materials were ordered, with a promise to return money. Money was not returned and the contractor refuses to communicate with me. CSLB complaint and small claims court lawsuit are being filed
