This man is a crook. He lied to me when he was an unlicensed contractor and said he was licensed. He did not know how to pass an inspection nor did he meet any deadlines. There were times when he would disappear and go to the Philippines for two weeks without telling me or his workers.
Do not hire him unless you want an incomplete job that will cost you a lot of money.
