    Had them do a roof inspection before I bought a house. 4 months later at the start of winter we had a leak in the roof. Called Ott Construction because they have a 2 year warranty on the inspection. Called 4 times, left messages, nobody returned my call. Called from a different number, they answered and sent someone out a week later. 2 weeks later, same leak, Called them again 4 times throughout the week, left messages, no returned call. It's been 4 weeks of calls with the leak continuing. I would recommend you save your money and peace of mind to go with someone else as they clearly do not warranty their own work.
