If this the (Korean) Paul Kim, then BEWARE!!!
He will promise you that he will do a great job and all...l but it is all a SCAM!
He overcharges, meanwhile hiring random daily labor workers to do the job without supervision. My property was a mess and destroyed and had to pay over $50,000 to get it fixed. This guy doesn't know how to do $&%#!!
He is horrible businessman, irresponsible, and unprofessional!WORK WITH HIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

Be careful of this contractor Paul Kim. Beware! Scammer!
DO NOT use this man, we have in debt $100,000 because of this man.
This man is not paying back for any loss, double charges, he's cheap and does a poor job.
Did not write contract according to meeting
Overcharged numerous charges and threatened to not finish the job
even after payment was made in full
Painted wrong color and double charged us for making a mistake,
a mistake he made from the start
Messed up concrete flooring which was all marble and worst case scenerio,
spent another $50,000 to rebuild floor.
In total we spent over $200,000 on repairs alone.
The WORST contractor on the planet, I swear. If you looking for a contractor, be wary
and do a background check at least because if you don't you'll meet contractors like this man Paul Kim. This man is serious a two-face and am sure this man has done this to others for I saw him with a few black eyes in the past, at times disappears from the project. Does not speak English very well and a liar.
