PM / OWL Construction built my manufactured home. There have been many issues with the home every year due to the poor build quality, poor materials used, and code violations with different installations.
No rain gutters were ever installed on the home which is just ludicrous. Water also easily intrudes into windows as they never properly sealed them at all. There was no flashing used or any other types of materials to prevent water from intruding. The floorboards are also now raising off of the floor. The house siding and patio material are all made out of some kind of MDF or particle board material that swells up if any bit of water or rain seeps inside.
I know there are many other homeowners with manufactured homes from this construction company that have similar issues and complaints. I've talked to the owner of this company personally and he was very aggressive and hotheaded when I mentioned these issues to him, and then hung up on me.
