By Rm W.June 11, 2021Remodel my bathroom$12,000
BEWARE!!!! Do not let this company in to your home. I was left with a mess. This company cut tile and sheetrock in my home. They never covered a thing up and left tile dust in every room. They left sheetrock debris and spackle all in my rug, inside my light fixtures, on my television and my table and chairs.
I brought some one else in after I fired these people. When they turned on the water I had leaks under the shower which should not be since they put all new pipes in my bathroom. I just found out trying to get a glass shower that my shower wall that they built would have needed to be braced so I can not get the shower door until I repay to brace the wall. The work that was "completed" before they were fired a lot of it was not done right.
I was not only robbed I was left with a giant mess. Please beware! I found after the fact, the picture that was presented to me as their work and what my bathroom is modeled after was actually a picture from Lowes website. -
By Denise C.October 24, 2020Rehab House
Not worth the trouble! We hired Simon to rehab our house for approximately, $60,000. We had challenges throughout the project. In the end, we were way over expected finish date, over budget and there were lots of mistakes, especially crooked floors and walls! Currently awaiting case to resolve in small claims court. We are suing for $1,800 (we could have sued for more) because our bathroom shower was improperly installed and the water would not drain properly. He attempted to install shower bed twice and still got it wrong. I would not recommend doing business with Simon Ojeda or P.Q. Construction.
