Eli is excellent. He has done 2 things for me now. A full guest house that he built a few years back in La Canada and then remodeled entire house in Sherman Oaks, that's air con, windows, bath kitchen, electric, plumbing and painting. All of it. We stripped the place bare and started again. He outlines all work and costs up front and then completes quickly and fixes issues along the way. Hugo is lead guy who does great work. Highly recommend him. He isn't the cheapest but you don't want it. He will be middle of range in costs but then doesn't come back when things go wrong which they always do so he actually turns out to be at the lower end of the range. I wouldn't use anyone else and I recommend him to all my friends. I also don't give glowing recommendation unless deserved hence don't ask me about my plumber in La Canada.
