PCE required me to put fifty percent down on a kitchen remodel and did not finish the job they started. They ripped out my upper cabinets and left me with only the shells of the lower ones. I have a kitchen with no up cabinets and no draws or doors on the lower ones. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!!! They will not return my phone calls.
