    Not a contractor for your dream home or first home. A budget work that fits any rental home house, or a place that you careless about. Few things before hiring, 1- negotiate price for all tiles first, even the one that Dan Liu was suggested. He will mark up tiles prices. 2- the kitchen marble price was reasonable, but quality is lacking.( The one Dan Liu suggested) 3- always go to original manufacturer for any issue, misuse, damage, fix and repair. Protect yourself with facts from manufacturer, any suggestions from Dan Liu can be considered, until you got a firm answer from your product manufacturer. 4- 311 is with you with any general contractor complain, you will need phone number, contractor license, also borrowed or hired 3rd party license, address and name. 4- go to Houzz if you are seeking for help, especially when Dan Liu was refused to perform. 5- must visit site everyday, it's a your full time job. A budget work required a tremendous effort to oversee. 6- never, never agreed anything without writing, or perform any job without agreement in writing ( email or text message)
