We worked with Tiburcio on a remodel project last summer and did not have a good experience. Tiburcio (who goes by Oswaldo) is a wonderful man. He's friendly and seems genuinely concerned with giving you the best result that he can. Unfortunately, his crew is not the best. We had several problems including a tub that still continues to sink and detach from the wall. We have made many calls and schedules for him to fix and finish the work but it has only resulted in him now ignoring our calls and not returning our messages. He has only completed about 75% of what we contracted him to do and we are now looking for someone else to complete his work. In summary, he is a great guy but the world is not there.

I got referred to Paredes through an old friend . My goal was to renovate my kitchen, living room, dining room to create an open concept. This is because the my existing layout is extremely inefficient and very ugly. Therefore I hired Paredes to tear down a load bearing wall that separate the living room from the kitchen/dining area to create one seamless room with an open concept. The duration of the entire project last for almost 2months . This includes recess lightings, flooring, painting, replacing windows, doors etc. The frame and beam construction was quite a challenge because there were pipes that got in the way. However, Bucho, the owner, has cool mind and can think ways to get around the challenge and problems. In the end the outcome exceeds my expectation where the ceiling adjoining the two rooms are seamlessly integrated and smooth. Bucho is very smart and when he explains he uses drawings to ensure his client ( me) understands his work process and get educated at the same time. Bucho's crew delivers high quality work, nothing but the best. I am very satisfied with his workmanship, professionalism, integrity, fair pricing and on time delivery of the project. His crew including Francisco, Abraham also delivers nothing but the BEST in terms of quality and precision. I would highly recommend Paredes Construction for challenging construction projects that requires high quality work & precision. Even when Bucho was hospitalized during the project for 11 days, nothing can stop him from ensuring that his crews deliver high quality work during his absence. Overall I am very happy of the outcome of my new house that has been transformed by Paredes into an comfortable and happy place to dwell in. Thanks very much Paredes Construction.
