They are the architect that came to the home, surveyed the home and drew up plans to reflect existing arrangements and new arrangements. Drawings were filed and to my knowledge approved. As the work was minor and being there was no structural changes to the home, just running new plumbing lines where old ones ran and the replacement of existing equipment for new, that inspection at the end was not necessary and didn't take place.
