This company is everything but "Pros". The quality of their work is substandard and their business practices are disorganized and unprofessional. They didn't use drop cloths to protect my house. They tracked drywall through the whole house. They propped open all of my doors and my windows, the left the house. Drywall screws were left fully exposed, drywall joints not fully finished (drywall tape still exposed), and they charged my credit card without my approval. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT hire them if you value your property OR if you will not be present the entire time that they are there. The job required removing and replacing ceilings. NO drop cloths were used and none of my furniture was protected. Sanding dust, spackle, and paint were all over my dining room furniture, kitchen (including inside the refrigerator), couches, rugs, bathrooms and all floors. The walls were completed scraped from drywall being carried upstairs. They will also help themselves to items in your refrigerator: seltzers, orange juice, gatorades; as well as leave the glasses that they use to finish them on your counters for you to clean. When I arrived back at my home when the job was "just about done", I was in SHOCK in the condition of my home. A woman who did not speak English was "cleaning" my home. This involved no vacuuming of the sanding dust, it involved using a wet T-shirt to wipe the sanding dust off of all of my furniture and floors. I know this because I watched her do it. I had to tell her to stop! She wet all of the dust into plaster again all over my furniture and floors. After complaining to the owner, I was told that other clients hired cleaning services after their jobs. That's not something to brag about! The cleaning woman came back to fix the cleaning issues I complained about and used a metal brush to remove the now hardened spackle off the floors and furniture; which led me to having to replace two medicine cabinets as the finish was scraped off of both. Stay away from this company!
