Jeff was awesome! I had a bathroom remodel and he contributed great design ideas and got the project done in time for my inlaws visit.

I have hired Jeff Patricio several times over the last 15+ years, at my residence and at work. He is extremely dependable and an excellent craftsman. Projects have included removing/installing a 2nd story deck, multiple concrete slab installations, roof repairs and door installations. He is a pleasure to work with and I will continue to count on him for future projects!

Don't use Jeff. He put in a tiger wood deck for us. He failed to screw in the legs around the benches and didn't use stainless steel screws on the decking so the screws have rusted and the boards are coming up. Stay away!!

Jeff has gone the extra mile with everything I have asked him to work on, and, this is so huge, I trust him implicitly. I don't give my trust or 5 star reviews without time tested and careful consideration. I highly recommend Jeff for any construction project you might undertake. He will exceed your expectations.
