We worked with Dave back in 2002 for a home addition, and I'm looking to hire him again in 2014 for a remodel. Dave is wonderful. He's very experienced, trustworthy and a great listener. His estimates are detailed and accurate. His prices are very fair - he's a great "normal" guy. He makes great suggestions on where to save money and where to invest more. If you decide to add or change things up during the process, Dave is very fair and straightforward about the cost (if any) and impact to the schedule. I highly recommend Dave!
