If we had known what we know now never would have hired him. Gave us a estimate of just 16k and then work started. Hires his workers from Home Depot and the only bright spot was his tile guy who is amazing. He made our master bath. You must watch is billing its all over the place. We started to ask about over chargers on items and he seemed as he didn't understand. Said he would look it over and come by again and yes he did with another estimate of 25k which was a joke. How does a project go up to 25k when everything stayed the same. I know we got overcharged on items and are looking at what is our next move. The bathroom is done but was not a good experience. Oh and when my wife and I painted our closet he tried to charge us for that also. We will look at options to recoup the money we were overcharged.

Previous reviewer doesn't make a lot of sense. Paul gave me a contract, finished the job per the contract and I have my construction done. Change orders were all handled with signed paperwork and I was able to authorize or deny extras before they were completed unlike the last contractor. Paul and his business are licensed in my city and in California and he uses licensed subcontractors and a his employees are nice and good at what they do. His tile guy really knows what he is doing as do the rest of the crew.
