Pave-X was hired by our contractor for our new home. Within the 1st year, we had the center of our asphalt driveway sink. The contractor contacted Victor and had them come back out to fix the issue. We are now having issues with the poor patch job sinking and the sides crumbling and falling apart. It has been almost 3 years and the asphalt driveway is falling apart all over. Not sure what the warranty is but this is very poor quality work. My previous home's asphalt lasted for more than 10 years and the other for more than 18. I have never seen an asphalt driveway start to fail in the first year or two. I am guessing very little prep work was done and asphalt was just poured over the ground and pressed down. Not sure if it is poor quality materials, craftsmanship, cutting corners, or all of the above. Very disappointed. I am hoping the company will come out and make this right and standby their workmanship. I did contact my contractor to let them know of the issue. He provided me with the name and phone number for Pave-X. We will be contacting them this week to see what they will do or not.
