I want to thank Peace Officers for
Going over and beyond my expectations for my elderly
mother .They put in a free pool pump ,free swamp cooler and a free refrigerator . It was through a program at SCE called the care program.
The schedulers were awesome with my mom answering all her questions and making her feel comfortable with recycling her old fridge .
I called Edison to thank them and was told that they are a top sub contractor
for the program. IT'S RARE THESE DAYS TO GET GOOD SERVICE AND WANT TO THANK THEM VERY MUCH ! -

Technician was very unprofessional, he worked on my breaker and changed the pool pump. After he left, the pool pump and the backyard lights were not working since he broke our breaker. I filed complaint with the company but the supervisor denied to investigate & insisted that Jason, the technician didn't touch my breaker. The technician asked me "Where is the breaker?" at the day of installation & I definitely saw the technician touched my breaker. I need to pay $300 to hire an electrician & they said that all my plugs were broken. Jason insisted we broke the breaker. How can I broke the backyard lights, pool lights and pool pump after he left? I am not electrician and I wasn't even dared the touch the breaker. If you consider to hire this company for your project, don't ever think of it. The company also never picked up the phone or returned phone call.
