I would not recommend this contractor. Pete doesn’t get things done when he says he will. He was supposed to have our construction done by the end of Aug, 2023. It still is not done April, 2024. Pete filed a lien on our property for double what we owe & the work is still not done. I have called Pete multiple times & he is either out of town or not available. I have given him 30 day notice that I will file a complaint with the construction board.
