Pete completed a terrace addition to our home back in 2011. Within the first year we had water leakage problems. Over the next 6 years we repeatedly informed Pete of the problems. He kept promising to fix the leaks but never did. It is now 2019 and the degree of water damage has been so severe that the terrace has needed to be completely demolished and we will have to rebuild. Black and white mold found everywhere and the folks who took down the terrace showed us that proper waterproofing was never done. This contractor's license in currently suspended according to the CSLB. We paid this contractor approximately $40,000. What a massive waste. He will be happy to take your money to complete a project but don't count on him following through to correct his mistakes. Hopefully his license will be cancelled permanently.
