My experience with Philip Roberts (P&R Heating,Plumbing and Air) has been horrible. He took money thru his wife's company (The Ultimate Party Zone), and he did not complete the work. He won't return phone calls or respond to messages. Poor communication and work ethic. He showed up whenever he wanted; sometimes hours later. The crew did not clean up behind themselves. I am currently seeking legal assistance to get my money back.

Although Philip was a little tardy, he did show up, to address the flooded basements of 2 of my neighbors and myself. From the rainstorm, Sunday night. He was diligent for hours, bouncing from house to house, moving the water out. Left his equipment to return this morning, making sure we all were ok, even lighting a water heater for another neighbor. A little pricey, but, he answered the call. I will definitely use his service again
