Do not hire this contractor!! He only did half the job. After he received payment for the first phase of the job he stopped returning phone calls and text. My guess is he did not want to fix the items that where wrong in Phase 1. Lesson learned DO NOT completely pay him anything till you are happy with the work. Wish I could give him zero stars!
