Whilst he came recommended by someone in my building, and seemed nice and that he had experience, unfortunately this was not the case.
The bathroom took much longer than was expected, and the most basic of items were done incorrectly, especially measurements, so that things constantly needed to be redone. The workers didn't seem to take pride in their work and were happy with something that wasn't done well. I can't begin to list all of the problems I have had. All the while being asked by Paul when he was going to get paid.
I paid everything on time, but he wasn't on time with the completion. Make sure you have in your contract every detail and also that you won't pay the remaining amount until it's all complete and you are satisfied.
I am sorry to have to give a bad review, but I did most of the work of a "contractor" on my own job, so I find it difficult to recommend them.
