Power Home Remodeling replaced windows at my home this summer. During the process they caused damage to my property and offered me money in compensation, to be paid by a check in the mail.
As you can imagine, the check never came. Upon following up, multiple time I was told the check is being processed and is in the mail.
Today they called me and told me they will not be compensating me gfor damage. Hence this review.
In addition, I was offered a discount if I gave a 5-star review. This is why you see so many 5-star reviews, they are paid for by Power Home Remodeling in the for of a discount.
Also, during the sales process I was told explicitly that any rotten wood around windows was expected and would NOT be an up charge. After the work was completed the company attempted to collect more money due to rotten wood replacement.
If you want to work with a reputable company that you can trust, look elsewhere.
