Hired them to build a room addition and they walked off the job. I had to watch everything they did because they tried to take many shortcuts. The start of the construction was fine but when it was time to do the finish work, they fell short. They did a poor job on the interior paint and texture of the walls. They installed the front door completely wrong and he got frustrated and walked off the job. The carpet was installed with large seams and had to be redone by a professional. He didn't seal the windows in which I had to do myself. He told me he installed many roofs, and I let him install ours. After the recent rain I had two substantial leaks. I am currently in the process of finding a reputable roofing company to fix the roof since it was installed completely wrong. I caught him in many lies in which he was trying to overcharge me for certain things. You really have to keep a sharp eye out while they do the work otherwise you can get taken advantage of. This company hasn't been in business that long and I thought I'd give them a chance, but in the end it was a mistake. I actually caught him bringing his trucks to my house on Sunday mornings to wash them in the street without my permission. I really felt that was quite nervy. We are currently in the process to get things fixed properly. There are many more concerning issues I dealt with, but in the long run, I would just stay away from Prado's Construction .
