Overall subpar work. I had a bathroom remodeled which included installing a new shower. While the frame work and tile work were done well and is beautiful, the drywall, wall texturing, baseboards, floor entry to the bathroom were not completed to my likings and not to the standards of a high paid contractor. The bathroom was not painted thoroughly, the dry wall was not textured evenly, the walls were not sanded to a good finish, areas were left unsanded and unpainted. The threshold into my bathroom has lifted and I’m tripping while walking into my bathroom, and the floor that he repaired is sinking in.. Phil’s lack of communication, lack of response, lack of coming out to visit the site is unacceptable. I had high hopes for this contractor. My bathroom project along with a kitchen refresh and new tile in two other rooms was supposed to take 30-45 days. My project started on July 6, today is November 3 and I still have unfinished work in the bathroom and my bedroom due to the subpar work that needs to be redone. I’m also waiting for my kitchen wall to be textured, painted, and baseboards installed. Overall a bad experience with this contractor. And I really did have high hopes using a licensed contractor. I did find it interesting that he is not listed on Google or Yelp so I was unable to put ratings and comments in those areas. Thank you for the unlimited space to write my comments.
