Stay Away! The biggest mistake I made was hiring this “company”. Prestige/Precision is not equipped to handle interior renovations/extensions. The owner doesn't even live in NY. Kevin is inexperienced and the worst project manager I’ve ever come across. After two months of stress, headaches, sleepless nights and constant frustration, we had to end our relationship. He constantly lied about deadlines, and if something went wrong he blamed us. For example, they painted over a poorly spackled wall, and then blamed us when the paint job was poor quality by saying we picked “bad paint”. In two months they could not finish remodeling two bathrooms and painting three bedrooms. They keep their job sites full of garbage, we had to ask them several times to throw it out. They asked for money in advance, so when we fired them they should have reimbursed us 20K for the unfinished work. Instead they asked us for an extra 20K, which is insane! After firing this company, we interviewed several different contractors. Every contractor could not believe what they saw and expressed that no more than 25k of work went into our home (we paid them 44k). They also expressed how poorly their work was executed. Every single contractor that came to see our home was confused as to what kind of order they worked in, it just didn't make sense to anyone.
