The owner of the company personally over saw this little project of ours. we had inherited our parents home unexpectedly, when we discovered the water heater leaked in to the house and soaked hard wood flooring and ruined carpeting.
we called Property Refurbishing in an emergency situation and received understanding and assured advice. The owner Mr. Cook suggested we find competitive bids on the work needed.
When it was completed ahead of schedule and below budget. ready to place on the market we were thrilled.
