I’ve been living in my house for 40+ years and Mark Kulbacki of ProQual Construction is the best contractor we'’ve had the pleasure of working with. He is as professional as they come and an old world craftsman that takes the time to do the job right. He installed 15+ windows and a screen door for us and when he was done, it had the feel of a brand new house. He shows up on time, does incredible work, cleans up impressively and returns phone calls and texts in a timely manner. At the halfway point of the project, we offered to pay him half of the bill, but he said that he only accepts payment when he has completed the job and that we are satisfied with his work. How many contractors act this way? As I told Mark, I only wish we had more windows for him to install, which speaks to his craftsmanship and humble personality. He was wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend him for ANY window/door installation. You'll be glad that you did.
