Dont do it. Dont go with this guy Pren Simonaj (PS). Not worth his price tag or headache, and the work is not good.. Mine was a gut reno. Example that speaks to his incompetency, half a wall he constructed/tiled in the bathroom, literally started peeling off the wall. This was because he did not bother to check the wall in question and prep it correctly to begin with. He has not paid me back for the tiles I had to buy either!!! He is always looking for shorts, delivering sub standard work. Constantly saying something and then not doing it... or making excuses. I wanted and told him to put my medicine recessed into the wall since there was space there, he agreed and when i come back the next day, that wall is filled up with tiles, so I ask if he would be cutting into them to install my medicine cabinet recessed, and he turns around and say, I thought you didnt want it recessed!!!! I mean that was constantly happening. I am very unhappy and frustrated by the process by the end of it and would NEVER recomment this guy.
