I engaged PSM Construction to do an extensive renovation project. Things went well for the first month or so, but PSM gradually started making more and more serious mistakes and showing up to work less and less. I ultimately terminated them from the project and had to engage a new contractor to not only finish the project, but un-do and fix multiple electrical and plumbing errors that had already been dry-walled over. PSM has agreed that they owe me a substantial refund, but have made no progress towards paying that and are instead avoiding my calls. I would strongly advise other homeowners to avoid this contractor.
