I have had Pumpco water system for 3 yrs now., I called for service a week ago and got a service date for 6/13. No show. I called several times for 2 days still no show. The customer service answering line is horrible. The person on the phone sounds terrible and sounds so unprofessional. I have paid over $400. In the past to get the service done so it’s not cheap . I don’t now who to contact anymore to get the service done. I guess another company is in order at this time. I would have at least liked a call back . The equipment has been beeping for a week now.
