After installing the $3000 system for our house they have never been able to get it to operate correctly to solve our water issues. I've been more than patient waiting. I guess they gave up trying and won't even return my phone calls or email now. Sure, they seemed knowledgeable but my water comes out of the tap in different shades of brown and red. Do yourself a favor and find another company to do business with.

Our Pure Water Solutions team has been a pleasure to work with through the entire process from sales to service. We installed a water softener system and reverse osmosis water system. Water tastes great and performs well in washer/shower, etc. Recently, we noticed our filter was dirtier than usual. The Pure Water Team was extremely responsive and got right out to the property to investigate. They went the extra mile to resolve the issue and took preventative measures to safeguard for the future (high rains had introduced sediment into the well water). We're very pleased and highly recommend!
