    My experience was very good. We were delighted originally with Rick Landies keen insight and experience in the restoration multi-unit housing. In which are notorious for having many different hidden structural issues as well as water damage and drainage issues. Anyone can bid jobs but if you do not have the experience into identifying theses sorts of tough problems, then your simply going to lose money and go out of business. Not to mention liability. This puts the homeowners in bad situations. So if you're looking for experience, safety, and protection of your family and your investment with total confidence on the work and contractor. Then look no further than Rick Landie and Quality Control Restoration! Ricks no-nonsense approach and his hands on work ethics have really impressed us here. All 450 owners feel strongly about this man's commitment to us and thank him for his dedication and strong ethical work standards.
