Not sure what the private reviewer from Bartlett is talking about. We were referred to Quality Custom Construction by a friend that has used them for years to complete many projects in their home. We hired Quality Custom Construction to build an addition on our house. The owner and his crew were completely professional. Their estimate was spot on and no detail was left undone. We never had an issue with them showing up. The only delay that we had in our project was waiting for cabinets that we ordered to arrive. He even saved us money by offering us his contractor discount and telling us when items that we needed to purchase were on sale. Would and have referred this company to many friends and family.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! Would rather use an outhouse than have these animals back in my home. TWO YEARS later the work is still not complete. Most of what was completed was shotty. The least reliable people EVER! If they tell you they will be there Monday...you better specify which Monday of the year! Biggest mistake of our lives! They leave a mess and under quoted! Basically like throwing money down the toilet! IS there a NEGATIVE stars to rate them?

Excellent contractor ,I have been doing biussiness with them for the last 25 yrs . Nothing but success , they have done everything from my kitchen to basement to bathrooms and my deck. They also just re- finished my roof due to hail damage.thanks quality custom construction.
