Very poor project management. Attention to detail is thoroughly lacking. The web site for this contractor states that projects are managed to stay on schedule. Not likely. Our home gut renovation came in more than double the time quoted (12 months vs 5 months that were quoted). A lot of day laborers that were not supervised nor qualified to do the job they were attempting. Construction actually damaged existing home content that was not involved in the renovation. The president of the company knows construction, but he is rarely on the job site.
