The craftsmanship on my rebuild was so poor I was forced to fire Randy and am now left with an unfinished home having to fix multiple mistakes that Randy allowed sub-contractors to make and did not seem to care when I brought it to his attention. If you're looking for quality DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have a feeling the R and D stands for Re-Do!

My experience with R and D construction was excellent! Randy was very knowledgeable, able solve problems fast and efficient with time management of the project. Randy is honest and gets the job completed right. He has built new rental homes for me and will be starting my new personal build. I highly recommend R and D construction!

Horrible building process. Advertised custom homes but wouldn't let you bring him a plan. Several months of delays due to lack of communication from the builder. Would say delays were due to us not sending information when I would forward the email from over a month ago and the three follow ups to show I did give him the info just wouldn't respond. Would have to go hunt him down at the site to get information. Decided to go elsewhere to work with someone who would actually keep us informed and wouldn't lie about our level of interest to the real estate agent.
