We have had Richard Grassley perform two roof repairs for our family. We hired him as he was the only contractor that actually got up on the roof to inspect it. He wasn't the highest priced nor, the lowest. He was the best choice!! He repairs a roof by hand! No power tools. He is a second generational roofer and really does an excellent job. He was also very careful to pick up all the old roof pieces and nails. We are looking to have him do a third job also. I would never hire or recommend another roofing contractor!! A++++

I have a split level California type house that was in desperate need of a new roof. I had several roof estimates but know one understood until Richard. He is amazing. Every day the clean up is spotless. He has done an awesome job! I promise you will not be disappointed! PS. He has an amazing signing voice!

Richard Grassley told me that his dad taught him his trade and told him that if he owned his own business he should be proud to put his name on it.
Richard has a good reason to be proud of his work. I hired him to re-roof my 3 story victorian house. I couldn’t be happier. He was worth the wait. He got up on the roof and inspected and gave me a fair price, especially considering the quality of his work! He hand nails every shingle after removing all the old material. He is neat and cleans up thoroughly. He has helped me out on another issue as well. I highly recommend Richard if you’re looking for a roofing contractor!! He’s the BEST!
